1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website.
2. Services
Youness Aliouane provides brand strategy, identity design, and marketing consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in individual project proposals or contracts agreed upon between both parties before work begins.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Youness Aliouane unless otherwise stated.
For client projects, intellectual property rights are transferred to the client upon full payment as specified in the project contract. Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of Youness Aliouane.
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% is required before project commencement.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery of final assets.
- Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the project contract.
- All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the proposal and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Project Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges. Major changes to the project direction after approval of a phase may require a new proposal.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of cancellation, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
7. Limitation of Liability
Youness Aliouane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
